I came up through engineering — building internal API frameworks, Azure services and secure release pipelines — before growing into leadership. Over the last decade I've moved from associate engineer to team lead to running an engineering office, and today I lead engineering for Trust & Safety at Vinted. I care about building teams that ship reliably, developing engineers into their next role, and keeping security and quality close to the work rather than bolted on afterwards.
